Frederica Forth is the owner operator of ForthRight Solutions which offers private real estate course sessions and preparation for those wanting to sit the Bermuda Real Estate Exam.  She is presently in the industry as an independent real estate agent with Keller Williams Bermuda; in addition to this she offers mortgage consultation. She began her Banking career in 1984 in the mortgage department of the Bank of Bermuda where she held a position of Vice President of Mortgages and Personal lending and subsequently with HSBC Bermuda as Senior Service and Sales Manager where she remained until early retirement in 2008. 

Frederica is very passionate about educating the community on how to own a piece of the rock and has held several seminars and created a handout on "Eight Steps to Home-Ownership", she has also written a booklet "Real Estate Made Simple" to assist her students in passing the Real Estate Exam.  She has both the expereince to meet your real estate needs and to advise you on your mortgage financing requirements.  She keeps the end in view and knows how to rise up and move forward to make your dreams a reality.  Frederica has served as Chairman of the Real Estate Board of the Chamber of Commerce, has facilitated the Real Estate Course at the Bermuda College, Pace Division.  She has also served  as a board member of the Cedar Bridge Academy  the Sandys Parish Council and as a Commissioner for the Historic Losses of Land. She enjoys cooking, entertaining, home decorating, gardening, reading, teaching and sharing knowledge with others.
