Real Estate Education

Frederica, facilitated the Real Estate Course at the Bermuda College, PACE Division for a few years. She began teaching the same course privately at her home office in 2017.  She has been very successful in assisting numereous people in all industries to pass the the Real Estate Exam; a very high percentage passing the the first time, she attributes this to her booklet which she wrote in 2017.  “Real Estate Made Simple” which assists her students in passing the Real Estate Exam. Frederica has served as Chairman of the Real Estate Board of the Chamber of Commerce, has gained experience in the Real Estate Industry since 2009 she is presently an independent agent with kwBermuda.

About The Course

Classes are on-going starting 2nd week in January and continues throughout the year until the end of November.

The course offers 8 Sessions and Flexibility as one has the choice of selecting any day from Monday through to Thursday to take the course. The time schedules are on the hour starting from10am the last class for the day is 6-7pm.

3. Types of Property Ownership and Interest 
4. Boundary Survey and Methods
5. Residential 1 and 2 Properties Property Set Backs and Develpment
6. Property Appraisals and Methods
7. Types of Titles in Real Estate
8. Voluntary and Involuntary Conveyance
9. Government Power (Property Development, Valuation, Non-Bermudian Buyer and Policing)
10. Basic Contract Law (Listing Agreements, Lease Agreements and Broker/Agent Contracts)
11. Property Management and Terminology 
12. Mortgage Financing
13. Role and Realsponsibilities of the Broker and Agent
14. Powers and Duties of the Minister of Finance and the Superintendent of Real Estate
15. Comprehensive Study of the Real Estate Broker's Act, the Landlord and Tenant Act, the Human Rights Act and the Bermuda Bribery Act

Students prefer one on one sessions, however, a class of 2 students is acceptable.  

This course really prepares one for the final Bermuda Real Estate Exam. You are required to take 2 tests with ForthRight Solutions in preparation for the final Bermuda Real Estate Exam which is prepared by The Bermuda College and where you will also sit the exam. 

The Course Fee is $510.00 which includes the Booklet "Real Estate Made Simple". 

Course Materials 

"Real Estate Made Simple" A  Booklet written by Frederica Forth. Cost of booklet is $10.00 and will be given to the student on the day they commence class at the office of ForthRight Solutions.

The Bermuda Real Estate Book: The cost is $65.oo and can be purchased at the Bermuda College.
